The front side of a black and white photograph of a dance contest held during the annual Hot Dog Spirit Rally. The event kicked off the 1993 Homecoming activities on campus. Ricardo Finley, director of Project Keep Hope Alive, is pictured at left. Rodney Turner and Kametra Dotie received the first place prize.
