The university purchased the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in 2010. When the nursing program was approved by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and Board of Nurses, the building was remodeled and a large addition was constructed to provide classroom and office space for nursing students and faculty. Until the construction of the current nursing building on campus, this building was known as the Nursing Building. Now the Employee Services Building houses Human Resources. The Employee Services Building is located on West Neal Street behind the Rayburn Student Center.
