Phase II Residence Hall includes 500 beds in suite-style rooms, coed floors, as well as furnished living rooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms on each floor. It is home to the African-American Male Mentorship Program and Latin American Male Mentorship Program as well as other various student organizations. It was the second building completed in a four-phase project to increase the availability of on-campus housing for students. Phase II is located east of Pride Rock Residence Hall at the corner of Culver Street and West Neal Street.
